Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, developing and delivering product demonstrations, and working collaboratively with the sales team to identify customer needs. The role also involves creating and customising technical presentations, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and align with company capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in solutions architecture and systems integration
  • Experience in creating and delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CCaaS, CPaaS, Voice technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
