We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹25,847.76 per month
