Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to drive corporate sales and revenue growth for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential business clients, including companies, organizations, and travel agencies, to develop corporate sales opportunities.
  • Strategically manage room sales to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCIES (OTAS) TO ENSURE OPTIMAL VISIBILITY AND COMPETITIVE PRICING.
  • OVERSEE MEETINGS, INCENTIVES, CONFERENCES, AND EVENTS (MICE) SALES, WORKING CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS TO DELIVER SEAMLESS EVENT EXPERIENCES.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and rates that align with the hotel's revenue goals.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth in the hospitality sector.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • C coordinate with internal teams such as front office, housekeeping, banquet staff, and IT to ensure smooth operations for corporate bookings and events.
  • Track sales performance metrics using CRM tools to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
