Overview As an HRExecutive at our organization you will play a vital role inmanaging various HR functions and ensuring a positive employeeexperience. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team inrecruitment employee relations HRIS maintenance and compliance withlabor laws. Your work will directly impact the overall success ofour organization by fostering a positive work culture and ensuringcompliance with HR policies andprocedures.Keyresponsibilities
  • Support the HR teamin the recruitment process by sourcing candidates conductinginterviews and coordinating with hiringmanagers.
  • Assist in onboarding new employeesand conducting orientation sessions to facilitate smoothintegration into the organization.
  • Maintain andupdate employee records and HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliancewith data protection regulations.
  • Handleemployee relations matters by addressing grievances conductinginvestigations and providing counseling or disciplinary actionswhen necessary.
  • Assist in the development andimplementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legalcompliance and best practices.
  • Conduct researchon HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuousimprovement of HR processes andinitiatives.
  • Coordinate training anddevelopment initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge inalignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist inperformance management processes by monitoring and documentingemployee performance and providing support in performanceevaluations.
  • Participate in HR projects such asbenefits administration compensation analysis and employeeengagement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports andpresentations on HR metrics trends and compliance to supportdecisionmaking processes.
  • Ensure compliancewith labor laws regulations and company policies in all HRpractices and processes.
  • Handle administrativetasks such as maintaining HR documentation organizing employeeevents and managing HR communicationchannels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to support HR initiatives and maintain positive workingrelationships across the organization.
  • Providesupport and guidance to employees on HRrelated queries and issuesfostering a positive and inclusive workenvironment.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with astrong understanding of HR principles practices andregulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MSOffice applications for data management andreporting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws regulationsand best practices in HR management.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationand employee interactions.
  • Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HRfunctions and priorities.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive HRinformation.
  • Detailoriented mindset with afocus on accuracy and compliance in HR processes anddocumentation.
  • Problemsolving skills with theability to analyze situations identify options and implementeffective solutions.
  • Team player with aproactive and serviceoriented approach to HR support andinitiatives.
  • HR certification such as SHRMCP orPHR is a plus.
  • Experience in using HR analyticsand metrics to drive insights and decisions ispreferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing HRtrends and technologies to enhance HR practices andprocesses.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoingprofessional development and learning in the HRfield.
  • Flexibility to handle diverse HRresponsibilities and adapt to evolving organizationalneeds.
