JobSummary: We are seeking anenthusiastic and detailoriented HR Executive to join our HumanResources team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someonewith up to one year of experience in HR or a related field. The HRExecutive will support various HR functions including recruitmentonboarding employee relations and administration. The successfulcandidate should be a team player with excellent communication andorganizationalskills.
KeyResponsibilities: Recruitment andOnboarding:
  • Assistwith the recruitment process including posting job ads screeningresumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinatethe onboarding process for new hires including orientation andtraining.
EmployeeRelations: Act as a point ofcontact for employee inquiries and concerns.Support employee engagement activities andinitiatives. HRAdministration: Maintainaccurate and uptodate employee records and HRdatabases. Prepare HRrelated documents suchas employment contracts andletters.Compliance: Assist inensuring compliance with labor laws and companypolicies. Monitor and update HR policies andprocedures as necessary. OtherHR Support: Provideadministrative support for HR projects andinitiatives. Assist with various HR tasks asassigned by the HRManager.
Qualificationsand Requirements: Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield. 01 year of experience in HR or arelated field. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications. Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation. Strong interpersonal skills andability to work effectively in ateam.
PreferredQualifications: Knowledge ofHR software and databases is a plus.Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is aplus.
