Position: B2B Tele-Sales Caller (Experienced)

Location:

Delhi–NCR (Office-based, Location-Noida)

Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively make outbound cold calls to qualified leads—SMBs and enterprise-level prospects

across sectors like ecommerce, BFSI, retail, and more.


• Communicate ZAPIM's value proposition clearly highlighting enterprise-grade infrastructure,

SMS and voice integration, omnichannel capabilities, and exceptional delivery metrics.


• Identify prospects' pain points and articulate how ZAPIM solves them (e.g., high delivery rates,

DND reachability, multilingual messaging, integration ease, 24/7 support).


• Handle objections and follow a structured sales cadence to progress leads through discovery,

product demo setup, proposal, negotiation, and closing.


• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new

clients.


• Maintain weekly call logs, lead status reports, and CRM updates.

Essential Qualifications:



Prior experience (2–5 years)

in B2B tele-sales, preferably within enterprise communication,

bulk SMS, voice services, cloud platforms, or SaaS solutions.


• Strong
Cold Calling

background with proven track record of converting cold leads into

business.


• Excellent
communication and negotiation

skills in English and Hindi (additional regional

languages is a plus).


• Highly
logical and solution-oriented

—able to quickly understand technical features like

HTTP/SMPP integration, uptime reliability, and scalable architecture.



Resilience and goal-driven

—comfortable with targets and persistent follow-up.

Familiarity with CRM tools

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.


• Willingness to work full-time from office (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:


• Exposure to enterprise messaging platforms—bulk SMS, transactional/promotional SMS,

WhatsApp Business API, omnichannel workflows.


• Understanding of telecom protocols, DND regulations, scheduling, multilingual messaging.


• Prior success in achieving monthly/quarterly tele-sales targets.
