Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives within the insurance industry. This is a full-time position based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in sales within the insurance industryExcellent knowledge of sales operations and techniquesStrong understanding of various insurance products, including motor insurance, SME insurance, and health insuranceAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance agenciesExperience in agency relationship managementEffective communication and negotiation skillsGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targetsTeam management and leadership abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targetsManage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and motivationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance agencies, and other stakeholdersMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsAchieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organizationPrepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clientsNegotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfactionProvide regular sales reports and updates to management
