The Role

This role isresponsible for marketing of the Active Wound Care / NegativePressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) inIndia.

Primaryresponsibilities include, but are not limited to, productmanagement, event coordination, marketing communications as well asmarketing operational tasks to ensure functionality andcoordination of the department’sactivities.

Key stakeholdersinclude Country Division Sales and Marketing Teams, Channel andCommercial Excellence, Global Medical Sciences/Scientific Affairs& Education, ServiceOperations.

This role reportsto the India Activation Marketing Manager for Active Wound Care /NPWT, Medical SurgicalBusiness.

RoleResponsibilities

EventManagement

  • Coordinateand manage events, such as peer-to-peer educational sessions,conferences and trade shows. Activitiesinclude:
    • Creating andmaintaining a planning calendar for allevents
    • Sourcing andbooking of venues, exhibitionspaces
    • Handling ofevent logistics, catering and hospitality arrangements, participantattendance and processing (forms, badges etc), product samples andcollaterals
  • Proactivecollaboration with Health Care Compliance (HCC) to ensure allevents/sponsorship follows the processes (eg GEMSC approval) andmeets compliancerequirements
  • Ensurecompliance checks and integrity assessments are processed asnecessary.

ProductMarketing andMarcoms

  • Assistin New Product launches.
  • Compile marketresearch, competitor analyses to inform strategy development andexecution plans.
  • Support thedevelopment/localization of marketing materials such as brochures,newsletters, and digitalcontents
  • Compile campaignanalytics, adoption trends and sales results; develop comprehensivereports to measure and optimize program performance

DigitalMarketing Support

  • Supportthe Sales and Marketing Partnership (SMP) process by acting as theLead Operator.
  • Support marketing manager in thesetup and smooth execution of the SMP lead managementprocess.
  • Monitor the incoming marketing leadsdaily and ensure leads are assigned promptly to relevant sales repsfor follow up.
  • Monitor and review leads inqueue and lead conversion status with marketing and sales teamsregularly.
  • Support in the execution andoptimization of campaigns/activities. These include, but are notlimited to, the creation of web forms, customer contactacquisitions, online surveys, review of campaignanalytics.

MarketingOperations

  • Managementof purchase orders, invoices and payment follow up forvendors
  • Management ofmarketing samples and collateralsinventory
  • Undertakedaily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the functionalityand coordination of the department’sactivities
  • Supportmarketing manager in organizing projects asneeded

Qualificationsand Requirements

  • 5 years ofmarketing experience in the medical deviceindustry
  • Digital marketing experience will beadvantageous.
  • Good understanding of marketingprinciples and office management
  • Ability tomulti-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Hands on,attention to details, organized
  • Good knowledgeof MS Office, martech platforms such as SFDC CRM, Eloqua, PBI,Adobe
  • Independent, resourceful, able toinfluence and work collaboratively in a matrixorganization.
  • Strong communication skills inEnglish, both written andspoken

Education/Location:

  • Degreein Marketing or Business-relateddisciplines
  • Location in Bangalore,India
