And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the role As the IT&D Analyst, PLM you will contribute to several aspects of the end-to-end value delivery for Reckitt’s PLM platform from ideation through to design, build, deploy, operate, and retirement. You will be a key member of a team of PLM technology professionals and external partners who maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders (technical and business) to best understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled. Your responsibilities Maintenance of current PLM Products based on DevOps principles Elaboration, analysis, documentation and testing of product requirements including features and user stories, gathering and translating business needs into clear specifications Development of solution while adhering to Technical/Functional requirements and GxP process End to End solution design and development from Idea to Working solution following the Governance and Change Management process of IT/GxP procedures Applying your experience of PLM technologies to deep dive into Data/Application/Architecture/Technology stack to define optimal solutions Supporting Business Process Owners, OCM lead, Business analysts, Technical SMEs, Test Manager & Release Lead to define the scope for the releases Collaborating closely with peers, Senior Analysts and PLM stakeholders to execute continuous improvements The experience we're looking for At least 3 Years or equivalent overall PLM IT experience related to Product Lifecycle Management technologies and supporting toolsets Experience in working within a regulated industry Experience with Infor Optiva – minimum of 2 years preferred Experience with enterprise PLM technologies such as Oracle Agile/INTERSPEC/Aras/Arena etc. Flexibility to adapt to change as we are on transformation journey at Reckitt Understanding ADO fundamentals is desirable Technical experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector would be advantageous Knowledge of PLM domain specifically Recipe Management/Specification Management using Optiva is preferred Technical experience with SAP technology stack – ERP, MDG, S4/HANA, EPF etc. would be ideal The skills for success SAP PLM, PLM IT experience, ADO What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
