About the roleIT&D Business Analyst, Procurement will be a part of IT&D Procurement Product group, under the IT&D Supply group stream. The IT&D Procurement Product Group will provide expertise in the Reckitt IT Product and Systems landscape and would comprise of Product Managers, scrum masters, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analyst and others. The role is responsible to support and provide technical and functional expertise for all Spend and Category Analytics Products within Procurement.Your responsibilitiesImplementation of short term and long-term high-level Product roadmaps and projectsApplies product management discipline to each product and manage product lifecycleContributes to continuous improvement through innovative and data driven practices. Actively engages in long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the products deliverSupport the integration between products and platformsEnsures security compliance and risk-management of all in-flight projects within their scopeIdentifies business, technology trends and innovation that can improve the product group's business outcomes and works with the relevant Innovation teams to deliver proof of valueEmbrace and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, data, programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives within ReckittThe experience we're looking forFunctional:Sound background in IT&D, project management, demand management, resource and capacity management, and benefits managementBusiness acumen with Experience in delivering any Procurement Digital Transformation projectStakeholder and people/team management skillsAnalytical mindsetTechnical:Experience in SAP FI is preferredHands-on experience in Procurement SaaS or service is desired5+ years experience of procurement digital tools and procurement analyticsPreferably SharePoint, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), MS Project Online, LeanIX, Azure DevOps, Service Now, Celonis, AribaThe skills for successSAP FI, delivering any Procurement Digital Transformation project, Hands-on experience in Procurement SaaSWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
