About the roleAs the IT&D Analyst, PLM you will contribute to several aspects of the end-to-end value delivery for Reckitt's PLM platform from ideation through to design, build, deploy, operate, and retirement. You will be a key member of a team of PLM technology professionals and external partners who maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders (technical and business) to best understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled.Your responsibilitiesMaintenance of current PLM Products based on DevOps principlesElaboration, analysis, documentation and testing of product requirements including features and user stories, gathering and translating business needs into clear specificationsDevelopment of solution while adhering to Technical/Functional requirements and GxP processEnd to End solution design and development from Idea to Working solution following the Governance and Change Management process of IT/GxP proceduresApplying your experience of PLM technologies to deep dive into Data/Application/Architecture/Technology stack to define optimal solutionsSupporting Business Process Owners, OCM lead, Business analysts, Technical SMEs, Test Manager & Release Lead to define the scope for the releasesCollaborating closely with peers, Senior Analysts and PLM stakeholders to execute continuous improvementsThe experience we're looking forAt least 3 Years or equivalent overall PLM IT experience related to Product Lifecycle Management technologies and supporting toolsetsExperience in working within a regulated industryExperience with Infor Optiva - minimum of 2 years preferredExperience with enterprise PLM technologies such as Oracle Agile/INTERSPEC/Aras/Arena etc.Flexibility to adapt to change as we are on transformation journey at ReckittUnderstanding ADO fundamentals is desirableTechnical experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector would be advantageousKnowledge of PLM domain specifically Recipe Management/Specification Management using Optiva is preferredTechnical experience with SAP technology stack - ERP, MDG, S4/HANA, EPF etc. would be idealThe skills for successSAP PLM, PLM IT experience, ADOWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
