Designation : Field Sales Executive
Location: Onsite | Dwarka, New Delhi
Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Find and meet potential clients from different industries.
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, meetings, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Business Development & Sales
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable OOH + Digital advertising solutions.
- Prepare and share sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Keep track of competitors, market trends, and new opportunities.
Campaign Coordination & Support
- Work with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams during onboarding and delivery.
- Solve client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
Sales & Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and field sales techniques.
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
Communication Skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in client meetings and relationship handling.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
Attitude & Growth
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to grow in sales, marketing, and advertising.
Mandatory : Bike and driving license
