Designation : Field Sales Executive

Location: Onsite | Dwarka, New Delhi

Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Find and meet potential clients from different industries.
  • Generate leads through calls, field visits, meetings, and networking.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Business Development & Sales

  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable OOH + Digital advertising solutions.
  • Prepare and share sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Keep track of competitors, market trends, and new opportunities.

Campaign Coordination & Support

  • Work with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams during onboarding and delivery.
  • Solve client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

Sales & Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and field sales techniques.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.

Communication Skills

  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in client meetings and relationship handling.
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.

Attitude & Growth

  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to grow in sales, marketing, and advertising.

Mandatory : Bike and driving license
