Key Accounts Manager (Electronic Manufacturing Projects )

Roles and Responsibilities The Key Accounts Manager / Project Manager has to be the interface between a set of customers and our company, and has to handle

1) all new product inquiries,

2) arrange for the technical documents and Bill of material, from the customer,

3) Send them a quotation, ensure the price finalisation, ensure that the Purchase Order is received at the right price and terms ,

4) ensure the procurement of all components and equipment equipment

5) ensure that adequately trained manpower is available

6) ensure the timely supplies to the customer, every month.

7) Handle quality issues

8) ensure payments

Generally a set of customers from one segment of industry like Automotive electronics or Industrial electronics or Telecom is allocated to the Key Account Manager.

The role needs this Manager to correspond and to visit the customer and understand the technical and commercial requirements of the customer

He / She is responsible for the NDA agreement, the receipt of all technical data, for RFQ bid, for finalization of the Purchase Order and receipt of technically correct order.

The Manager also has to setup the entire manufacturing eco system internally in coordination with all internal departments.

This includes discussing the requirement of the technical manpower and the production planning, manpower allotment, achieving SMT production and Manual assembly targets.

Huge responsibility of Customer interaction .

Desired Candidate Profile Only candidates with 10-15 years of experience in auto component industry or in ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES, or from any product assembly industry can be considered.

Experience in both SMT and product box build is an added advantage.

Preference will be given to Electronics Engineering Diploma and Graduate Engineers OR M.Sc Electronics.

Fluency in English needed.

Candidates from Competing EMS companies will be given priority.
