Role Overview :We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise inZoho CRM to enhance our operational efficiencies and customerrelationship management. The successful candidate will be pivotalin optimizing our CRM system developing robust reporting mechanismsand ensuring that our business processes align with strategicgoals.
KeyResponsibilities :
CRMOptimization : Implement and customize Zoho CRM tostreamline customer interactions and salesprocesses.
SystemImplementation : Develop and integrate systems forenhanced data collection and process automation across variousdepartments.
Reporting andAnalytics : Design and maintain regular reportingsystems to provide actionable insights into sales customer trendsand operationalefficiency.
Strategic BusinessAnalysis : Work closely with senior management totranslate business needs into system requirements and ensure thatthe CRM and other tools are aligned with businessobjectives.
Training andSupport : Conduct training sessions for staff toensure optimal use of the CRM system and datadriven decisionmakingprocesses.
ProcessImprovement : Continually assess and improve businessprocesses leveraging CRM data to enhance organizationalperformance.
RequiredSkills andQualifications :
Provenexperience in Zoho CRM and business systems analysis preferablywithin the retail sector.
Strong analyticalskills with a solid foundation in data analysis and reportcreation.
Excellent problemsolving abilitiesand a detailoriented approach.
Superiorcommunication skills capable of effectively articulating technicalconcepts to nontechnical teammembers.
Bachelors degree in InformationTechnology Business Administration or relatedfield.
Minimum of 3 years experience in asimilar role.
