We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you should be flexible to work in any timings, will be having the experience to handle Global Team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives.

Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements and facilitate consensus.

Analyse and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and objectives.

Participate in the development and implementation of software applications, systems, and processes.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of new systems.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency gains.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and evaluate complex information.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience working in Agile or iterative software development environments.

Proficiency in requirement management tools, data analysis tools, and business process modeling tools.

Knowledge of software development methodologies, programming concepts, and web technologies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence.

Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is mandatory.

Knowledge of AI and Generative AI will be an added advantage.
