Role DescriptionthinKitchen is looking for a highly skilled end to end Human Resource (HR) Generalist professional. He/she will be responsible for managing HR related activities within the organization. This role requires both strategic vision and a hands-on approach to ensure the effective management and development of human talent.

Location

- Mumbai,Malad West (Mindspace). Please apply if you are willing to travel daily to the location

Working days

- 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

ExperienceMinimum 4-6 years as an HR Generalist, including working for startups.Exposure to manufacturing/product-centric industries.

Qualification -

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A.Talent AcquisitionAssist in execution of end to end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfil hiring needs.Ensure TAT, cost and quality of hire is as per standards set.B.Employee Relations and EngagementFoster a culture of open communication, trust, and mutual respect to strengthen relationships between employees and the organization.Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Address employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Lead engagement surveys and evaluate feedback to check the pulse of the organisation.

C.PMS CycleAssist in managing the annual performance review process to evaluate employee performance and identify developmental opportunities.Provide support and training to supervisors on effective performance management techniques and best practices.Contribute ideas and assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans for underperforming staff.

D.Training and DevelopmentIdentify training opportunities that align with organizational objectives and employee growth needs.Develop and maintain training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs.

E.ComplianceMaintain compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.Stay updated on changes in companies’ policies and practices accordingly.

F.Administrative OperationsAssist in handling administrative tasks and record-keeping.Manage employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidentially maintained.

Skills:

A.FunctionalFamiliarity with HRMS, , Naukri or other relevant tools/software.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

B.PersonalMotivated, and enthusiastic.High level of integrity and professionalism.Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.Resilient and adaptable in a fast paced and changing business landscape.Ability to get best out of vendors, partners, and other resources (internal or external).
