2. *Team Leadership and Management*:

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. *Sales Process Optimization*:
- Establish and maintain efficient sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Implement sales automation tools and technology solutions to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
4. *Customer Relationship Management*:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale
support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. *Sales Forecasting and Budgeting*:
- Forecast sales projections and develop annual sales budgets based on market analysis and historical data.
- Monitor sales performance against budgeted targets and take corrective actions to address variances.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management review.
6. *Product Knowledge and Training*:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the automobile industry, including new models, features, and technology.
- Provide product training and support to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in promoting
vehicles.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to reinforce product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. *Dealer Relationship Management*:
- Cultivate strong relationships with dealership partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with dealerships to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives to drive showroom traffic and sales
conversion.
- Address dealer concerns and negotiate terms to maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. *Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence*:
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and market segments.
- Develop strategies to differentiate the dealership's offerings and position them competitively in the market.
9. *Strategic Planning and Execution*:
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and recommendations for business growth and
