Job Description :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.

- Lead and mentor development teams in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.

- Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and standards.

- Perform system integration activities with other enterprise systems as needed.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmap and strategy for ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant, with at least 3 years of experience.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration methods.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
