Responsibilities :


- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java-based solutions to address business requirements.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, technical requirements, and constraints.

Lead the technical design and development of enterprise-level Java applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting excellence in software design and engineering.


- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.


- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies.


- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve our development processes and capabilities.


- Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions on time and within budget.


- Lead technical discussions and present architectural proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and feasibility of the proposed solutions.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive project success.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 9-13 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in an architect role.


- Strong proficiency in Java, JEE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.


- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.


- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.


- Certification in Java or related technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Master, Spring Professional) is a plus.
