Project Manager/Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Team Leader to oversee the successful delivery of enterprise-level .NET projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with sound knowledge of system design and setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.


Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.


Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.


Manage project risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.


Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.


Utilize sound system design principles to architect scalable and maintainable software solutions.


Set up and manage CI/CD frameworks to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.


Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level .NET projects.


Strong knowledge of system design principles and best practices.


Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD frameworks for .NET projects.


Excellent leadership and team management skills.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.


Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.


Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.


Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.


PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
