Project Manager/Team Leader

We are searching for a skilled Project Manager/Team Leader to oversee the successful delivery of .NET projects at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, with knowledge of system design and setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) frameworks.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers and coordinate project activities for timely and successful project delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, offering guidance and support to team members as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Utilize system design principles to architect scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD frameworks to automate build, test, and deployment processes for efficient software delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience with a successful track record in delivering .NET projects.
  • Strong knowledge of system design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD frameworks for .NET projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
