We are seeking a Senior Manager ORM & Organic Growth Hacker with 5+ years of experience in building, scaling, and protecting brand reputation across community-first channels.

The role demands a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise who can drive organic growth on Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms while leading ORM initiatives with precision.

This is not just a social media role its about shaping perception, influencing conversations, and leveraging technology to drive reach and credibility at scale.

Role & responsibilities

1. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Own end-to-end brand reputation across Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Discord, Telegram, blogs, and forums.
  • Set up and manage real-time ORM dashboards (APIs, scrapers, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or custom builds).
  • Identify and neutralize potential crises, craft proactive narratives, and drive positive sentiment growth.
  • Collaborate with PR/Marketing for issue management and strategic messaging.

2. Multi-Channel Growth Leadership

  • Reddit Establish thought-leadership, drive native campaigns, AMAs, and high-value engagement in finance/trading communities.
  • Twitter (X) Build clutter-breaking campaigns with viral hooks, influencer tie-ups, and news-driven positioning.
  • Quora Scale topic dominance through structured Q&A frameworks, SEO-optimized answers, and community reputation.
  • Discord Design and grow active servers; deploy bots, gamification, and events to build retention.
  • Telegram Grow channel + group presence; drive DAUs via real-time alerts, polls, contests, and exclusive drops.
  • Emerging Channels Constantly scout and experiment with new platforms for first-mover advantage.

3. Growth Strategy & Experiments

  • Develop a channel-wise organic growth strategy with measurable KPIs.
  • Run data-driven growth experiments: A/B test formats, CTAs, and content angles.
  • Create frameworks for content repurposing while maintaining native channel tonality.
  • Lead influencer/partner collaborations to amplify reach.

4. Technical & Analytical Edge

  • Build custom automation tools for monitoring, engagement, and reporting.
  • Deploy bots for Discord/Telegram to streamline moderation, alerts, and gamified interactions.
  • Leverage APIs, scraping, and dashboards for competitive intelligence.
  • Track KPIs: engagement rates, community growth, sentiment shifts, DAUs/MAUs, and funnel attribution

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of proven experience in ORM, community management, or social-first growth roles.

Strong background in Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Discord, and Telegram organic growth.

Technical mindset: APIs, automation ), data visualization, scraping.

Track record of leading teams or projects with measurable impact.

Strong copywriting + storytelling for short and long-form content.

Familiarity with ORM tools: Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Mention, Hootsuite, native analytics.

Prior exposure to fintech, trading, or crypto ecosystems.
