**Organic Social Media Growth Marketer with Design & Videography Skills**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Organic Social Media Management & Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to boost our organic social media presence across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns.

**2. Content Creation**: Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform. This will include creating graphics, editing videos, and writing compelling captions and posts to increase engagement and followers.

**3. Design**: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools to create visually appealing images that align with our brand and engage our target audience.

**4. Video Editing**: Create and edit videos for use on various social media platforms. This includes selecting and combining shots, inserting graphics, and sound, as well as correcting footage.

**5. Photoshoot Management (Optional)**: Arrange and manage photoshoots as required. This includes everything from setting up the shoot to overseeing the editing process.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in organic social media growth and marketing.

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other design software.

Experience in video editing, with knowledge of video editing software.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video).

Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and Google AdWords.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:
Previous experience in managing photoshoots is a significant plus.

Certification in digital marketing or similar field.

Experience with project management tools and content management systems.

**Working Hours & Benefits**:
This role will require a full-time commitment, with the possibility of occasional weekends or overtime during peak project periods (but from home). We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Note: Please provide a portfolio showcasing your work in organic social media growth, graphic design, video editing, and photoshoots (if available).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
