SWC Brand Pvt. LTD., (apparels and hardgoods brand company) is looking for an experienced Marketing and Social Media Manager, who preferably has an **_experience working with a high-growth brand/business_**.

**Responsibilities**:Increase brand awareness, driving internet traffic & increasing social media presence, generating leads and gaining visibility for company's brands

The person will be responsible for ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement through the company's social media presence across various platforms in turn boosting sales
- Deep analytics study on existing social media data & strategy build up to increase the engagement by 10X
- Strategise online outreach and promotion on various Social Media platforms
- Develop social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business)
- Design and develop materials/ collaterals/videos/tools and social media content
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaign
- Social media marketing tools (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
- Responsible for creating and delivering the plan and activity in all marketing channels including Social, PR, ATL, BTL and events
- Optimize website and social media content
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metric
- Engage with customers and follower
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Monitor and post on blogs, forums and social network
- Develop content calendar on a weekly and monthly basis for company's brands
- Lead roll-out full-funnel marketing model between digital media and eCommerce functions as part of one integrated consumer journey
- Closely work with internal partners to ensure the best campaign collaboration with eCRM, brand marketing, and eCommerce commercial teams
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns. to eCommerce
- Find and test new media channels for traffic acquisition and revenue generation
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Moderate user generated content on social media channels
- Ability to think creatively and be innovative
