Positions for Channel Sales Manager

are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to manage & drive sales through channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for executing channel sales plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities: Developing and Executing Channel Sales Strategies: Identify and onboard new channel partners, develop sales strategies and programs to achieve revenue targets. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Foster strong relationships with channel partners and provide training, support, and resources to ensure their success. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective strategies. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns and ensure the timely delivery of products. Managing day-to-day activities with channel partners. Address partner issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills: Proven Experience: Channel sales or partner management experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Past experience in the Medical Device domain will be a plus. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Tools: Familiarity with industry-specific products and trends. Bachelor's Degree: Business, marketing, or a related field. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, negotiation, and an ability to build strong relationships with partners. Driven, highly motivated, and results driven. Strong personal network within the industry. 8-15 years of experience in driving channel sales.
