Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Channel Sales Professional to join our team at Maestro-Realtek. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, with the ability to empathize, maintain professionalism, and display patience and politeness in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with channel partners and brokers, driving them to bring walk-ins to our site and converting them into sales opportunities. They will also monitor all leads and their status, achieving set targets while working closely with the team to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers

Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent qualification
- 1-5 years of experience in channel sales or a related field
- Adaptable to work culture of a fast-growing organization
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Good team-working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good oral communication skills
