Job Description:
As a Client Servicing Manager in mainline advertising , you'll play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing advertising campaigns, and driving business growth. You'll lead a team of client servicing executives to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Here's a comprehensive overview of your responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Regularly engage with clients to provide strategic guidance, address concerns, and foster trust.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of client servicing executives. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members are equipped to effectively manage client accounts and deliver results. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic advertising plans that align with client objectives and target audience. Provide insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions to drive campaign success and achieve client goals.
Campaign Management : Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns. Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams including creative, media planning, and production to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations as needed.
Business Development : Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to pitch new ideas, develop proposals, and secure new clients. Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and upsell additional services.
Quality Assurance : Uphold high standards of quality in all client deliverables. Review creative work, proposals, and presentations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with client expectations. Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
Market Insights and Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Use market insights to inform advertising strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and drive innovation in client campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in client servicing or account management within a mainline advertising agency, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing successful advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Business acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in contract negotiation and revenue management.
Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in advertising.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
