Position: Client Service Manager
Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid)
Now we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager .
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop a NPS (Net Promoter Score) for client’s satisfaction & loyalty;
Be a product expert and show the value of it to the publishers or others stakeholders on regular basis;
Meeting with existing clients in person or on calls;
Serve clientele of entire KIT Global which includes (SEO, SMM, Affiliate, Mobile & more);
Attend various trade shows and events;
Cooperate with the team regarding the tasks;
Prepare presentations/ strategies for publishers to optimize their traffic for the company’s advertisers;
Aggregate and understand client’s feedback and deliver their campaign as per the feedback;
Provide suggestions and ideas regarding company’s processes and services;
Present dashboards and KPIs periodically to Kit Global clients;
Help define department processes in the local offices.
What we expect:
3+ years of experience in client service management;
Solid expertise in mobile platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava);
Sound technical knowledge of 360 degrees digital marketing technologies trending today;
Well networked with advertisers, agencies, brands and other digital marketing ecosystem in India;
Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales.
Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision;
Exceptional communications skills both oral & written;
Great team player with a desire to work in a high growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
