Their products are communications networks that are powered by a constellation of hundreds of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.


About The Role


We are now recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the business
  • Running the reception area and greeting visitors/guests
  • Ensuring all relevant documents are received from new customers
  • Updating internal systems
  • Setting up new customers on the internal system correctly
  • Processing requests from various departments
  • Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
  • Day to day you’ll be planning and coordinating wherever needed
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in line compliance and standard operating procedures

Requirements

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience of working in a high-level administrative or receptionist role
  • The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Good Customer Service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.

Requirements
