We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. About the Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative algorithmic trading products for individual traders and financial institutions in the education and fintech domains.
  • Apply analytical and quantitative techniques to drive efficiency and productivity across teams, including product, marketing, and sales.
  • Identify and address challenges faced by the algorithmic trading industry in major global markets, contributing to practical and impactful solutions.
  • Take entrepreneurial initiatives to align with and support QuantInsti’s vision.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7–15 years of relevant experience in financial markets, trading, or quantitative research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in:
  • Probability, statistics, and algorithms.
  • Machine learning frameworks ( e.g.Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
  • Python data science and machine learning ecosystems.
  • Data structures and data modeling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related quantitative field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Quantitative Researcher, or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy machine learning systems for real-world applications.
  • A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
