Title: Associate Solar Technical Analyst

Description:

This is an entry-level position that will be managed by the Libsys Inc for Remote Operations Control Centre Manager (ROC) in Amerescos Operations & Maintenance Group Headquartered in Westborough, MA. The individual will receive initial training and ongoing training to provide a solid opportunity to gain expertise in the industry. The ROC runs 365 days per year, twenty-four hours per day. This is a full-time, forty-hours (40) per week position. The work hours will include flexible shift weekdays, you should be able to work well independently with limited oversight and highly motivated approach towards the work.

Main accountabilities:

  • Monitor real-time control center operations of solar power plants across the US ~ 600 MW assets.
  • Perform analysis of power plant production and losses along with report generation.
  • Optimize availability and performance ratio of the plants' portfolio under supervision.
  • Dispatch field and emergency service personnel if appropriate.
  • Meeting pre-established solar skill sets through continuous walkthrough from higher professionals and courses.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Btech EEE Freshers pass outs only
  • Relevant Electrical engineering degree preferred/or work-experience that demonstrates the individual can excel in the position. ( Btech EEE Fresher's Recent passouts
  • High attention to detail and ability to be self-motivated
  • Be a committed team player with the ability to multi-task, use initiative and perform well under pressure.
  • Quality oriented.
  • Good hands-on MS Excel would be appreciated.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Availability and willingness to work the overnight schedule ( one way cab and food for nightshift )
