JOB DETAILS Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in the laboratory, diagnostics, and life sciences sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote and sell laboratory products, diagnostic solutions, and scientific instruments. 2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, research labs, pharmaceutical companies, and educational institutions. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers. 5. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and business development strategies. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. 7. Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Business. 2. Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment, diagnostics, or related industries. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Personality: Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. 5. Preferred: Experience in field sales and customer relationship management.
