Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of laboratory instruments, HPLC columns, chromatography consumables, and general lab equipment to research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and educational institutions in Delhi and NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Meet with customers including laboratory managers, research scientists, and procurement officers to understand their requirements
  • Demonstrate and present laboratory instruments, HPLC columns, chromatography consumables, and general lab equipment to potential clients
  • Promote our range of HPLC columns and chromatography consumables to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and analytical laboratories
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for timely product delivery and installation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide technical guidance on product selection and application for HPLC and chromatography requirements
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer queries
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends

Requirements

Education:

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences OR B.Tech/B.E. in relevant field

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales of laboratory instruments, scientific equipment, chromatography products, or B2B technical sales
  • Experience in HPLC columns and chromatography consumables will be an added advantage
  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply

Skills:

  • Good understanding of laboratory equipment, HPLC systems, and chromatography techniques
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
