Job Overview The Student Training Officer role at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd is a full-time position for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. Located in Vadodara, this role involves supporting students on their journey to international education. The position requires excellent communication skills and offers the opportunity for career growth within our dynamic and passionate team. Job Duties of Student Training Executive Prepare students for university, Visa and Airport Interviews via different channels like Face to face, master class, online, over the phone. Guide students for the interview as per the university requirements. Prepare the students as per the profile and explain them the logic. Prepare the students as per the allocation, interview officer is responsible for the student from University interview to visa interview. Follow up in university for interview schedule and feedback. Timely update the status of the allocated students in companys internal CRM. Qualifications and Skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, which are crucial for interacting with students and global partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage schedules, documents, and presentations. Experience in client relationship management, ensuring a strong connection with students and stakeholders. Strong public speaking skills to deliver informative sessions and workshops. Familiarity with CRM software for effective management of student records and engagement. Ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines. Attentiveness to detail, ensuring accuracy in student guidance and documentation processes. Excellent written communication skills for crafting emails, reports, and instructional material. Communication (Mandatory skill) is essential for success in this role and will be a key factor in recruitment.
