Role Overview We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of on-ground operations at Parul University, Vadodara. The person will live on site with the instructor team and act as the single point of contact for all activities happening on ground. This role includes: - Managing instructors and students, - Running daily operations smoothly, - Improving student communication skills, - Maintaining strong relationships with college stakeholders, - And driving placements. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of both technical training and soft-skill training to improve placement results. - Take communication upskilling classes for students (spoken English, mock interviews, JAM, basic communication practice). - Handle all on-ground administration and operations for classes, programs, and instructors. - Track Instructors, student progress, attendance, and placement readiness. - Handle regular communication with college stakeholders (faculty, coordinators, dean). - Handle communication between AccioJob and the Parul University team. - Ensure discipline, smooth functioning of classes, and quick resolution of daily issues. - Take full ownership of placements for learners at Parul University. Requirements - 23 years of experience in EdTech, education, or student-facing roles. - Exposure to technical domains like Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, or AI. - Strong English communication skills. - Experience in placements, training, or student career guidance is a plus. - Ability to take communication classes and guide students. - Street-smart, proactive, and good at solving on-ground problems. - Comfortable living on-site and managing a fast-moving program.
