Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive with our logistics partner Located in New Delhi , Kolkata and Bhubaneswar , the Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Position: Business Development Executive (Full-time and Permanent)
Location: Kolkata, Bhubaneswar and Delhi
Experience of 3 to 4 years in the logistics and/or courier industry.
CTC: 3.25 – 3.4 lacs/annum
Notice Period: 30 days
Working days: 6 days a week
Working hours: 9 hours/day
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Experience in account management and building client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Responsibilities :
- New client addition
- Meeting sales target
- Collection of outstanding bills
- Assessment of the city demand potential.
- Ensuring client sign-ups at competitive rates.
