About Us:

We are a fast-growing organization looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources. If you are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building strong teams, this is an excellent opportunity to start and grow your HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Post job openings on various job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Source and screen resumes to match job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct telephonic/initial HR rounds for shortlisted candidates.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

3. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Support in employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
  • Assist in handling basic employee relations matters.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain proper filing of HR documents and compliance records.
  • Support in policy implementation and HR process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment / Admin.
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Eager to learn and build a career in HR.
