Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative
Motion Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling and have a flair for creating engaging motion graphics. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our ideas to life through innovative designs and animations. This position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience who are looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create captivating motion graphics for various media, including digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with project goals and brand identity.
  • Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and other relevant applications to produce high-quality animations and graphics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics and videography to continuously enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative direction and design strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in videography, canvas, and motion graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite and Blender.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphic design work and creative projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
