Ad Operations Manager

for CryptoNewsZ which is a pioneer news media house covering news & events from the crypto and

blockchain industry

RequirementsWho are we looking for ?We are seeking a dynamic Ad Operations Manager to oversee and manage the advertising operations for our news platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and a passion for news and media.

Roles and responsibilities:Campaign Management:Coordinate and manage the implementation, tracking, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across various platforms.Ensure timely delivery and performance of advertising campaigns.

Ad Tech Management:Oversee the integration and utilization of ad tech platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of advertisements.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ad tech to enhance the advertising strategy.

Data Analysis:Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations.Generate regular reports showcasing campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders.

Collaboration:Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.Liaise with external ad networks, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue.

Quality Assurance:Ensure all advertisements meet the platform's standards, including format, quality, and relevance.Monitor and address any technical issues or discrepancies related to ad serving and tracking.

Budget Management:Manage advertising budgets, optimize spending, and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.Provide budget forecasts and recommendations for future advertising initiatives.

Training & Development:Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to digital advertising.Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on ad operations.Proficiency in ad tech platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of the news industry and understanding of its audience dynamics is a plus.
