Purpose of the Job: • About the department:

The Persistency department is responsible to retain business by constantly keeping in touch with customers. This includes communicating with customers in order to provide reminders for their policy renewals, managing audits and performing quality checks by ensuring efficiency of the departmental process. • Purpose of the Role: To meet persistency and collection targets by ensuring developments on new and exisiting products. Deliver on key large and medium scale projects of the functions on individual effort. Duties & Responsibilities: • Study and understand various product specifications (new and old) • Ensure persistency and collection related features are developed in time by products and IT teams • Ensure regular updates /scoreboards to the teams in process developments • Study customer pain points and understand what changes are required in products • Execute/ Implement strategic initiatives to boost persistency levels • Monitor all initiatives taken and campaign launches with Measures • Provide regular update and ensure proper planning to ensure effective handling of in process/policies /products of HDFC SL Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate. • Work Experience: 4 years’ experience in Insurance Industry. • Product and Process knowledge along with awareness of internal systems. • Awareness of Life Asia System. Required Skills: • Leadership skills • Interpersonal skills. • MS Office. (Excel, PowerPoint and etc.) • Stakeholder Management. • Presentation skills. • Strong analytical abilities
