
Human Resource Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, grievance management, and payroll. This role requires a people-oriented professional who can balance employee needs with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture.
Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction.
Grievance Management:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Maintain transparent communication and ensure adherence to company policies.
Payroll & Compliance:
Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws.
HR Operations & Policies:
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support policy implementation.
Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Certification in HR (optional but preferred).
