Responsibilities
As a D365 Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Client Collaboration & Requirements Gathering : Directly engage with clients to deeply understand their business challenges, gather detailed requirements, and propose effective Copilot-based solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Solution Design & Development : Design, develop, and deliver compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) and robust, full-scale solutions utilizing various Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Demonstration & Presentation : Create and present dynamic demo solutions that clearly showcase the powerful capabilities of Copilot Studio, Teams Copilot, M365 Copilot, and their seamless integrations with Azure/OpenAI.
• Project Leadership & Management : Take ownership of end-to-end Copilot project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, adherence to timelines, and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : Act as a valuable mentor and guide for internal teams,

conducting insightful training sessions and facilitating knowledge sharing on Copilot-related tools, best practices, and emerging trends.

• Continuous Learning & Adaptation : Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your knowledge on the latest releases, enhancements, and best practices within Microsoft's rapidly

evolving Copilot ecosystem.

• Internal Asset Development : Contribute to the development of internal assets, accelerators,

and reusable components specifically related to Copilot automation and AI solutions,

enhancing our capabilities.

• Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate closely with pre-sales teams, providing expert assistance in solutioning and contributing to the creation of compelling technical proposals for Copilot-related Skills & Qualifications :

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in a D365 techno-functional role, possessing a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and an eagerness to specialize in AI.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise : Proven techno-functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Copilot Studio Knowledge : A basic to intermediate understanding of building copilots using

Copilot Studio's low-code interface.

• Copilot Familiarity : Familiarity with Copilot in Teams and M365, including their various usage

scenarios and potential applications.

• Power Platform Exposure : Practical exposure to key Power Platform components, including

Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Azure AI/ML Understanding (Plus) : An understanding of Azure AI/ML services, particularly

those related to Large Language Models (LLMs) and document intelligence, is a significant

advantage.

• Exceptional Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the

ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

• Strong Documentation Skills : Proven ability to create comprehensive and clear technical and

functional documentation.
