About the Role

We are seeking experienced
Techno-Functional Consultants
with strong expertise in
IT/Consulting
. The role involves
system studies, gap analysis, DPR preparation, and stakeholder engagement
. Experience in the
Education sector (School Management Systems, UDISE, NEP 2020, NDEAR, Smart Classrooms, EdTech solutions)
will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    As-Is / To-Be studies
    , system assessments, and gap analysis.
  • Prepare
    Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), proposals, and presentations
    for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with
    senior client stakeholders
    to validate findings and incorporate feedback.
  • Guide and review work outputs of
    junior team members
    .
  • Lead and support the
    conceptualization and deployment of EdTech solutions
    .
  • Organize
    workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions
    for stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and align solutions with
    national education frameworks
    (NEP 2020, NDEAR).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
    in Education, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 6–10 years of experience in
    IT/Consulting
    with a focus on
    gap analysis, system studies, and DPR preparation
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Education sector systems
    (UDISE, NEP 2020, NDEAR preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in
    EdTech solutions, Smart Classrooms, surveys, SOPs, or data analytics (VSK)
    is an added advantage.
  • Strong
    analytical, documentation, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication (written & verbal)
    and
    stakeholder management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office tools
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
