The team is based across the US, Europe and IndiaPosition Overview:As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements for our clients, defining and configuring the ORO Platform and necessary integrations with clients’ IT landscape which includes systems such asthe major ERPs (primarily SAP)S2 P front-end applications (primarily Ariba, related systems could be Coupa, Icertis, Conga, Jaggaer, Ivalua, and Fieldglass)Compliance systemsCollaboration systemsComfortable using no-code integration platformsYou will leverage your expertise in such applications to design, configure, and implement our Procurement Intake and Orchestration tool, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. Your work will support clients in improving procurement efficiency and unlocking the full potential of their IT investments.Key Responsibilities:- Lead or support the implementation of our Saa S-based Procurement Orchestration tool in large enterprise environments.- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful rollouts.- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP and Ariba or similar tools, across modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Configure and customize ORO Platform, and advise the client on changes required on Ariba and SAP to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with our orchestration platform.- Designing and building integrations using no-code middleware platform- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and process automation.- Provide hands-on support during all phases of implementation, from design and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of procurement workflows.- Have a keen eye for detail from an end user’s perspective.Qualifications:- 6-10 years of experience in implementing SAP and Ariba or related systems in large enterprise environments, preferably in the US or Europe.- Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP (MM, SRM, or related modules) and Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, CIG).- Experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with ERP systems.- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end procurement solutions in complex, multi-system environments.- Familiarity with cloud-based Saa S solutions and integration methodologies.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Preferred Skills:- Experience in implementing orchestration layers or middleware for procurement processes.- Knowledge of scripting languages and API integration.- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment.Why Join Us?- Be part of an innovative startup transforming procurement processes for leading enterprises.- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Saa S technologies and make a real impact on clients.- Collaborative and flexible work culture with a focus on professional growth.Apply today to join a dynamic team shaping the future of procurement technology
