This is an opportunity for the right candidate to work with Akamai's micro-segmentation leading solution (Guardicore), an innovative technology that is setting the ground to the way organizations protect their key applications and assets from advanced cyber threats - regardless of their infrastructure - on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environment.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be:
Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building relationships and understanding their technical requirements. Ensuring that your customers are fully leveraging their technology investments and achieving their long-term business goals. Proactively identifying and analyzing the customer's segmentation requirements and providing technical recommendations to meet the evolving business goals, through introduction of new features and products. Assisting with deployments, expansions, migrations, etc. of the Guardicore platform.Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Have 8+ years of experience working in a tech environment. Demonstrate proficiency in Networking and Linux, with a track record of hands-on experience in both areas. Have experience in scripting and automation. Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. Have problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.Work in a way that works for you
