We are looking for unique enterprising Account Management individuals, based in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing effective marketing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve growth objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth, Account Marketing and Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster client relationships and drive account growth through strategic planning and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively showcase successes to direct stakeholders and explore new avenues to engage potential stakeholders, ensuring sustained client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, resolving issues promptly and implementing retention strategies to enhance client loyalty.


Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.


Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, emails, and phone calls.


Contract Renewals:

  • Lead contract renewal discussions with clients and collaborate with the legal team to finalize contract agreements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in account management or a related client-facing role within the IT industry. A knowledge of the Software Testing Industry would be preferred.
  • Good understanding of the Insurance / Loan Origination / BFSI domain is required.
  • Should have driven account growth and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Awareness of sales cycle and business development processes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Should be open to travel to client location/s within Mumbai and to Pune, as required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
