Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Indus Hospitality located in Mumbai. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
Culinary expertise in European cuisine
Experience in preparing a variety of dishes such as pastas, gourmet dishes and Pizzas
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Certification or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
