
HORECA & Institutional - Business Development (Multiple city @ PAN India)

You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the HORECA and institutional segment.
Develop strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, food & beverage heads, and procurement teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Execute B2B sales strategies and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts as per company guidelines.
Ensure timely collections and resolve any payment-related issues.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field .
Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, or allied sectors.
Strong network in the HORECA segment in the assigned region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
