Urgent: Back End Developer

The primary focus will be on developing all server-side logic, defining, and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance & responsiveness to requests from the front end. The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient codes.- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.- Implementation of security and data protection.- Integration of data storage solutions.- Works with the product team to understand project requirements.- Support existing features and develop new ones.- Ensure the codebase remains of exceptional quality, rigorously tested, secured, and regularly updated.- Find problems and solve them before they arise.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Work on the backend and set up an automatic response to user interaction.- Responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.- Solve problems independently while working with new technologies to create quick solutions.- You will work within a team, collaborate, and add value through participation in peer code.- Follow proper documentation for changes in application and further updates.- Reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.- Experience working with agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc- Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a Backend Developer with a minimum of 4 years of coding experience in Python and Flask/Django.- Familiarity with e-commerce.- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.- Excellent knowledge of developing scalable and highly available Restful APIs using Python.- Strong experience with PostgreSQL.- Well-versed with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, and troubleshooting issues in the distributed services ecosystem.- Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers, and Kubernetes.- Experience in Deploying and Maintaining scalable and highly available applications.- Exposed to API gateway integrations like Twilio, SendGrid etc.- Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth)- Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.- A belief in our mission and values.- Experience with encryption and security
